Paris-based independent tech sponsor AgilaCapital accelerates its support in Sharp Vision – Honoré Gaming, leading providers of RegTech / GovTech software solutions dedicated to the regulation of telecoms / betting operators and financial fraud prevention.

In the last 5 years, the group has recorded a +70% annual profitable growth of its recurring revenues and is expected to reach more than €50m ARR in 2025. After a successful roll-out of their solutions in Africa, the two companies are set to focus their efforts on the expansion into Latin America in the coming years.
The companies currently employ around 100 people based in Paris.

As per its model, AgilaCapital is mobilizing 30 new entrepreneurs from its tech community who are investing through AgilaCapital’s dedicated vehicle alongside founders and top management who increase their stake.
Following this transaction, international entrepreneurs with strong industry experience are joining the Advisory Board.
